Mustangs place 2nd at CFS Regional

For the second straight year our team placed 2nd at the Chess for Success Regional tournament in Sherwood.  This is an amazing accomplishment and I couldn't be more proud of our group.  They played with such pride and dignity and represented Metzger well!  Congratulations must also go out to Ethan, Lucas, and Sam for each scoring 4 points out of 5 to earn a trip to the State Finals at the Convention Center in Portland March 16th.

Mustangs take 1st at Home Tournament

The 3rd annual Metzger Winter Classic was another huge success Saturday!  We had over 160 players from all over the State attend the OSCF State Qualifier.  

In the Knights Division we took 1st place as a team!  We had many new comers play at the event with our Mustangs taking home plenty of awards.
